Shipping Policy

Welcome to Mkjmusic.com shipping information. Our shipping policy outlines the process and different methods of shipping for products purchased at the site.  All Orders placed at mkjmusic.com for Mykal Kumasi Jones music and merchandise, are processed and shipped within one business day using standard or express shipping.

Standard Shipping

Mkjmusic use standard shipping for orders going to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  Products shipped using standard shipping are usually delivered within five to six days from the shipping date, via the US Postal Service.

Note: Standard shipping times do not include processing time. This only apply to items being ship to the 48 contiguous states.  However, for standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, an extra 2-4 days is added to the shipment processing.

Express Shipping

We also provide Express shipping by (UPS) United Parcel Service and (FEDX) Federal Express. Express shipments are delivered one business day after the date the order ships.  You can select the preferred method of shipment on the product page and in your cart during checkout.

The days quoted for delivery of standard and express shipping only refers to transit time. Express shipping is subject to carrier processing time that may occasionally results in delayed shipment.  Order processing typically takes about one business day in most cases.
